Agree Your Goals:

It’s vital to define and agree your objectives from the outset! 

You agree the goals of the project or campaign, these can include:

·        Gathering information on your behalf

·        Identifying key contacts within your target audience

·        Selling your products and/or services

·        Making appointments for your sales force

Each of these activities requires a different approach, so it’s essential that the goals are clearly defined.

Provide Data for You:

Good data is vital: if you have a database, Balcombe can use it to develop a target list, by geography, market or other criteria. If you don’t have a database (or don’t trust your existing information) Balcombe can source databases and mail lists on your behalf, locate data providers and advise on different types of data available to you.  If required, Balcombe can also source specific, vertical market databases and mailing lists.

Refine the Data:

To be really useful, information needs to be refined. Balcombe can do this on your behalf.  Balcombe selects a sample from the refined data and then agrees target contacts to be called. 

Scripts:

Balcombe always writes a script for the calls made on your behalf.  The script is designed to achieve maximum effectiveness, so it is refined and edited, even before it is tested.

Trial Call Session:

Using the initial script, Balcombe makes sample calls to contacts on the database.  The trial allows changes to be made to the script, taking account of the contacts’ responses. It also tests the quality of the data and whether it will give good results. If the data proves unsuitable, Balcombe can contact the data provider on your behalf and ensure that inaccurate data is amended.

Calls

Balcombe uses the script to contact the targets from the database.

Feedback:

Balcombe always gives early feedback – usually after the first day. As experienced telemarketeers, Balcombe knows that a day’s calling is sufficient to indicate the outcome of the whole campaign.  By highlighting any issues early in the campaign, changes can be made immediately – if they’re needed.

Data Capture:

Balcombe provides results from the campaign in your preferred format: updates can be input directly to an existing database, put on an Excel spreadsheet or Balcombe can build a separate database for you.
